This a riskless transaction for Google. It’s a projection from the current $350 levels and the industry has been chatting a while as to how to ultimately get to the magic $100 level. At least Ms. Timofte fully admits that this contract is a gamble: “self fulfilling prophecy”. If not, Holocene will be bk with catastrophic losses and Google can punt not being compliant. |
