We already have some pretty horrific and documented/accessible bioweapons. This gets into the philosophy of restricting access to knowledge. The conclusion I keep arriving at is that we’re lucky that there don’t appear to be many Timothy McVeighs walking around. I don’t think there is a practical defense from people like that. |
