Subreddits like r/recruitinghell and r/cscareerquestions could be gold mines for HR departments. Unfiltered info from job candidates and employees that tells HR departments exactly what they're doing wrong or right.

Instead, insufferable suckups, who probably don't even work in HR or for a major corporation apologize for bad corporate hiring practices. It's amazing.

Do you really think HR is looking at that and goes “oh wow, we need to do better?” lol Nah they go on Linkedin instead and amp their message with how they learned from this experience.
