What kind of notes do you take on the “done” column cards? I try to describe the “as built” as well as discovery process for my future self. It’s always valuable in the moment (“oh jeez, what have I done”) and sometimes down the road when/if touching the code again (“I’m so much smarter now! …oh wait.”). |
