My kettle only pulls 1500W, as do most in the US. Our water just takes longer to boil than in Europe.
My washer / dryer has its own 30a breaker as does my Oven as well as water heater. My garbage disposal has its own 15a breaker. Boiling 1 liter takes like 2 mins. Most Americans don’t have kettles because they don’t drink tea. |
