US Companies working to arrange permanent resident status for their already existing visa worker have to prove that they cannot find a qualified candidate. For that they have to place bunch of ads, get through doomed-to-fail interviews with candidates just to comply with INS processes. So tons of ads exists just to accomodate INS and nothing to do with your skills. |
