No. SpaceX's Dragon spacecraft has a cargo variant which regularly makes uncrewed missions to the ISS and back (and was doing so for several years before they ever flew with people). There are other uncrewed spacecraft such as Cygnus, but not all of them return to Earth with intent to land; I don't know off the top of my head which was the first one to do so. |
