You obviously read other comments, so you'd know that people talk about foreclosures taking 6 months. That's far from "instant legal armament". I wouldn't even call it ruthless. The 3-day eviction notices on renting are a red herring. We're not talking about renting from an owner, we're talking about foreclosures. |
