There are lots out there, but a popular model you could check out is the Loop Engage. They suppress certain frequencies more than others to help distinguish speech from background noise.
Very interesting, I see Loop is a Belgian company so it's not some distant shipping (I live a stone's throw from the border) and, for a niche (or so I thought) hearing aid I didn't expect a price tag far below a hundred bucks!
