This tool was a result of my honest story and honest problem that I had. It got some point cause it's a valid issue for some people to skip "small talk" faster and understand the person better, who values their time, but at the same time struggles to come up with meaningful questions. Before posting it here, I used it with some groups and it really helped. So I thought may be it would be helpful for someone else
