A "website builder" should spit out static html that you can host yourself.

Otherwise, this is another hosting service with a really nice proprietary wizard.

Even more important: with NO proprietary libraries (.js etc.) - OR - at least ones that are a) open-source and b) won't go kaboom if the company ever goes bust.
