"Security" software that trusts /proc/cmdline (and the like), and in particular if it doesn't complain about /proc/cmdline having a mismatch with /proc/exe, doesn't seem like very useful security software to me. Particularly if it's security software that is making some security decisions based on argv[0]. Seems like this security software is broken, not argv[0] |
