Oh I can totally picture this being used as an excuse for bad micromanagement! Unfortunately a lot of people are more interested in "doing the label" than developing a deep understanding of why they'd do something and how to apply it correctly. How people can take someone so self-indulgent and -absorbed seriously is beyond me. I am sure he is great at his job of nurturing start-ups, but what he had to say, he already said a long time ago.
