The norm is enforced, it's just that it is not the needed norm. I see it more as missing a sound authority stopping the fight of siblings. I'm surprised noone is seeing an analogy at work. I switched teams recently, from an engineering team to a software engineering team, and it was obvious that they applied the SO attitude at work: bullying, berating questions, avoid facing the truth etc... |
