If the main argument for the box is compute/$, "and then you need to spend another 20% on top to even make it work" is not the most winningest position. (20% because you also need to pay an electrician for the two-circuit wiring. Well, three, you want to run the heat pump too) At that point it isn't super price-efficient, it's an absolute space hog, and you need to maintain a whole bunch of infra. Still might work for you, but it's losing a lot of general appeal |
