Yes. If it can iron and fold clothes, then it can probably do the dishes as well. $16K is a good price point for that, $30k would even work. But i'm not sure it can really do all of that yet.

If you hire a house cleaner 3 days a week for 3 hours for every week of a year. That should keep your house in near pristine condition.

That's around 450 hours a year. Pay them $20, thats $9000 a year.

Probably waaaay more hours than you would need at way over the market rate, and still cheaper.

Those robots probably break often too and still are hard to fix. And are not flexible in terms of tasks (only flexible when the work)

No idea where you live, but no, housekeepers aren't that cheap anymore.

Dublin Ireland, one of most expensive cities in eu (sadly) Cost per hour is around €15
I live in Seattle, and you’ll be lucky to get someone for $49/hour. Obviously labor is more dear here, so the robot prices make more economic sense.
