EASY. Nordic social democracies, Iceland. I know someone will respond with some examples of them capitulating to big bad America somewhere, but they are absolutely bastions of Human rights and freedoms. New Zeland is likely up there too, likely Luxembourg/Switzerland and other tax havens. The Baltics are pretty good. |
