So what is/was the "official" repo/source then? Because the repo at Github [1] points to the Russion repo [2], see here [3].

The Gitflic link you posted is broken. Here is the working one (looks like it was updated recently, but my browser doesn't want to translate)

I wasn't aware of the bpc-clone, but it's working and was updated 4 hours ago. I would imagine Github would catch onto that one rather quickly. The parent folder is private.
