That is not what the GP said. Moreover, according to statistics, white people are underrepresented at Microsoft: https://www.globaldata.com/data-insights/technology--media-a... 48.3% whites are a minority and they are underrepresented compared to the 59.3% in the U.S. population. That is just for background. GP tried to make the case that developers engaging in diversity initiatives, who are often white, do this for their career. In other words, they are unproductive B players, who will hire C players in order to keep their jobs. They also discourage A players from engaging in work. |
