Seems to me to be a rather pricey and time intensive solution, for something that's mostly hidden and needs to be changed only occasionally. Except of course if you need a very tidy work area to feel comfortable :-) I'm quite happy with my value-cable-holder, everything fits in and it only needs two screws to attach:
