It’s valuable for use cases where the problem is “I don’t know the answer to this question and don’t know where to find it.” That’s not in and of itself a multibillion dollar business when the alternative doesn’t cost that much in the grand scheme of things (asking someone for help or looking for the answer). Are you suggesting a chatbot is a suitable replacement for a teacher? |
