I apologize if this is an offtopic but if you're looking for an alternative, then we have tried Mattermost and it was almost identical. Importing slack data took some time and tweaking but in the end, everything went through without any major issues. Good luck!

huly.io has been a big one for us that allowed my team to centralize everything, notion, linear, slack, google meet.

it's been great. the founders are cool guys too, i've spoken with them a few time and have some big plans.
