Yes, I think it adds (or detracts, in the case of poor copy) from the credibility of the product as a whole. I actually have a use for the product right now, and I must admit the copy errors when I went through the site made me wonder what other errors would come up. It's a good idea - don't let crappy copy lose you signups. |
