As an interviewer, I tend to be very candid when the interviewee asks questions about the company, culture, role and fit. After all, if the candidate joins, I would be their colleague and wouldn’t want to start the relationship on a dishonest note. When interviewing, I would expect the interviewers to be the same. If they are not, then that already tells me a great deal about the culture. |
