Pretty sure google docs solves this in a much better way... For ideas you need a blank slate, a whiteboard, not some Q&A boxes. It's sharable with optional view-only option that only allows you to leave comments when you're dealing with large amounts of people.

The data is not really an optional, you can edit each field (even the generated ones). Thanks for feedback :)
