Methotrexate is the most vile substance (made one day per week about as useful as a full day hangover) It did help but honestly only as much as the effort I put into a diet change. I completely agree with parent comment. Anyone with an autoimmune disorder or chronic inflammation who has not experienced an elimination diet is doing themselves a huge disservice. |
