I have found that in addition to causing pain, many years of sitting for extended periods and bad posture has also increased my blood pressure, and standing/walking more as well as improving posture and ergonomics markedly reduces pain and lowers my BP. But I guess I should throw all that out and be gaslit by a bunch of rambling from an article that weirdly tries to invoke identity politics. |
