I never really understood this. I work for a small contracting shop, and we definitely give a shit, because our reputation is on the line. Without our excellent reputation we wouldn't keep getting work. How do the big contracting firms get away with it? It seems like everyone knows they're awful, except the people who give them billions of dollars. |
