Unless you're willing to become a software development company, I would strongly strongly suggest NOT writing the software yourself. 1) Can you acquire this company? 2) Can you talk to other companies that do something similar and migrate to their platform? Or threaten the current company with them losing your business if they don't get their shit together? |
