Anecdotally, everyone on our team uses either ChatGPT or Copilot or both. We're not a small shop. I'm surprised it's only at 72% to be honest. If I'm hiring a junior/mid level guy, I'd want this person to be good at using LLMs to increase productivity. |

It is difficult for me to imagine how an LLM would be any help at all in the work I do, but I think that "software engineer" covers a great range of different kinds of work these days.
