In very early stage startups you won't even have one dedicated SRE/DevOps/Cloud Engineer, you'll have a few Software Engineers who wear the DevOps hat as needed. Even once you get a little bit bigger, I lean towards having a few generalists who wear more hats over breaking out a hat and putting it on a team of one. |
