That is more or less my experience having switched roles at least ten times in my career. Specifically the last month of the quarter, except for June, is the best moment to start looking. Financing decisions are made quarterly so projects normally start at the beginning of the quarter. The last month in the previous quarter is when recruitment KPIs begin to face deadlines. |
