Republican? Debatable. Certainly, it was written by republicans. Maybe you can argue it doesn't speak for all of them, only the very important ones at the Heritage Foundation. Conservative? Absolutely. And I don't think any conservatives would even argue otherwise. I mean, this is their dream. |
