Man, Kraków is very car centric by any reasonable measure. There are huge multilane roads cutting through the city in all directions. There is zero enforcement on speed and pollution limits. It's very dangerous to move around if you're not inside a car. Cars are just too space inefficient as inner city transportation. Traffic jams are the result of car centric choices incentivizing everyone to drive not the other way around. |
