Same. We're still managing ESXi here at my company. Docker/K8s/etc are nowhere close to prod and probably never will be. Been very pleased with that decision. I will say that Docker images get one HUGE use case at our company - CUDA images with consistent environments. CUDA/pytorch/tensorflow hell is something I couldn't imagine dealing with when I was in college studying CS a few decades ago. |
