Do front end engineers with ASP.NET, VB, React / Razor knowledge exist

Friend of mine is trying to hire for a role looking for a senior frontend engineer.

They want the following:

Skilled with ASP.NET, C#, and VB.

As well the frontend side with aspx, js, Ajax, Razor, GraphQL, React and ts.

My friend has chatted with numerous candidates and all of them with .NET experience do not do any frontend at all. Is this an impossible role to fill and needs to be two roles or just looking in the wrong places?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I'd love to work on this. I've worked for 4 years in software development, and extensively have experience with ASP.NET, C#, aspx, React, Razor and Ajax. Unfortunately, I haven't done much with VB or GraphQL.

I did 4y of my career like that - never worked with VB though. ASP.NET got replaced with Go, Node, SWift and other languages and frontend I have done mobile, desktop, web. Some of my colleagues from that period also have this background but they are more focused on backend for sure.
