I still think cars need to be controlled through hardware knobs. At least all the normal car functions. GPS and AndroidAuto/Apple CarPlay interaction should be the one exception, but even here you need a volume knob at least, so that if the volume is suddenly too high you can react with muscle memory. Because surprisingly high volume can distract you enough to crash. |
