I had similar issues with Zen of a few different generations, and with various boards. As a result, I built a new machine around an Intel 12400 as well. I did have to buy a thermaltake socket reinforcement bracket to mitigate the bending issue. Oddly, this Intel build somewhat restored my faith in humans to build hardware and software as the thing seems to work quite well. |
