Whatever you think of Trump or Biden, the timing of the withdrawal was negotiated by the Trump administration: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States%E2%80%93Taliba... Owing to the change of administration, the Biden administration was obviously responsible for implementing the terms of the agreement as negotiated by the Trump administration. I think both parties get an approximately equal share of the credit or blame. |
