Car ownership in Brussels is 45% versus 62% in Queens, that is also a factor. Number of traffic deaths in Brussels in strangely fluctuating, one year it's 6, the other it's 20+. Might be a COVID thing. Still less than Queens. |

So... Queens has 37% more cars yet 300% - 800% more deaths...
