> The company has been party to multiple lawsuits related to sexual harassment, assault and workplace injury/death and the ability to try cases in a more friendly environment will make it easier to encourage employees to optimize productivity. Instead of fixing our culture, less move to a place where committing sexual harassment is "not that much of a problem" ... lol |
