Social AR has so much promise, but it's just barely feasible with Quest 3 tech. At $2k for four headsets, it's too expensive to grab for yourself, and market penetration is too low to "stumble upon" enough friends who have the headsets. I'd love to see a short-term rental model, perfect fit for Netflix nostalgia. |
