I meant worsening from the perspective of becoming more and more over time, not necessarily making things "worse". a bad turn of phrase on my part. If there is a constant cloud cover that only becomes thicker / more constant over time at very high altitude I wonder if there will be detrimental effects. That was my question. What does it mean if these clouds are constant? |
