First ever App, how do we find good users?

A friend and I have spent the last 3 months hacking together a language learning app. And feel like we should now launch. The space is heavily saturated, and we don't want to just be spamming the link to it everywhere we go.

Take a look at a book called "Traction: How Any Startup Can Achieve Explosive Customer Growth" by DuckDuckGo's founder Gabriel Weinberg.

He goes into various channels on how to get users and improve the product.

Definitely going to need to show how you are different/better than all the other apps in what you have described as a "heavily saturated" space

Yeah... Feels quite difficult to do, when all the main channels are so inundated with links and short saas descriptions
