Definitely seek the help of a doctor or psychologist and follow their advice, they could help find the root cause. They can often find treatments and strategies that can help. But on a more practical level, I have found that using a calendar and a notes app (I use Obsidian) has been invaluable for my memory and organisational skills. Also having a daily routine and sticking to it. |
