My attitude towards it when I lived in a non-legal state was to treat the THC-A the same as illegal stuff when it came to storage and use because cops aren't going to listen to some nerdy rant about the difference. They wouldn't even likely test it. Just charge you like they otherwise would. I lived in a decriminalized area, so it wasn't a big risk. But I'm not sure I would take that risk in some place where they still do nasty felony charges for THC possession. |
