I have the same concern, but usually insist on being able to make simple regular downloads of my data, ready to port to the next similar service. I'm fine paying a subscription for thestorygraph and bitwarden, for instance knowing if they fold or suddenly charge triple, I've got my data. Keeps them honest, too. |
