According to NOAA the expected arrival time of tropical storm force winds in Jamaica is 8am-2pm EDT, with hurricane force winds to follow:

Although it has dropped from Category 5 down to Category 4.

Correct, at the time of writing Beryl is off the SE of Jamaica projected to hit (on the south side of the island) around 11 Eastern [0]. It will still be a Cat4 then.

That makes sense. I’m on the North of the island and it’s not even raining any more (for the time being).
