InterSystems Caché has some MUMPS like qualities. It is easily the worst developer experience conceivable. Easily tied for last place in the pantheon of turrible ideas realized thru turrible implementations. Sure, you can bork a SmallTalk env with some ill-advised changes to the runtime.
