The ban was national -- no customer of this bank could buy a product from Amazon unless he calls the bank personally and ask the charge to be approved. Again, the issue wasn't technical. It was cultural. To be fair I can see why the practices of Amazon could be considered a scam. Every time you buy something you have to untick "I want Prime" |
